The countdown is on...
If, like us, you are getting ready for the start of the 2008 golfing season, then make sure your diary is clear for the Scottish Golf Show, taking place from April 4-6 at the Royal Highland Centre in Ingliston.
Now in its third year, the Scottish Golf Show has become the perfect curtain-raiser to each new season, as the 15,000 or so people who attended last year’s show will confirm.
But, whilst last year’s show was fantastic, this year’s is set to be even bigger and better with no shortage of interaction making it a ‘must’ for any golfing diehard.
As well as retaining all the things that made the previous shows so successful, this year’s event will feature a whole host of new features, the highlight of which is the show’s very own Clubhouse.
Additionally, there will be a 320 sq metre , bespoke short-game area where visitors can brush up on their green-side skills. And, with no fewer than five indoor putting greens dotted around the hall, there’s ample opportunity for you to perfect your feel for the greens ahead of the opening weekend of the season.
As we said, all the old favourites will be back again this year, too, including the purpose-built driving range where you will be able to test the very latest equipment from all the biggest brand names in the game. And if you like what you try, then you can buy it there and then .
